Washington County, Ohio D-5 Liquor License (Permit) is a full liquor permit. This permit gives you the opportunity to sell beer, wine, and hard liquor in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting. A D-5 permit is in essence the same as a D-1 + a D-2 + a D-3.
