Ohio - Guernsey County D-2 Liquor License For Sale.

Guernsey County, Ohio D-2 Liquor License (Permits) are issued to the owner or operator of a restaurant, bar, hotel or other type of on premise establishment. These permits allow for the sale of only wine and prepared cocktails to the customers of the business. The permit allows for the sale of wine and prepared cocktails of less than 24% alcohol by volume for consumption both on and off of the premise. Wine and cocktails sold at the premise may be sold in either a glass or its original container. Wine and bottled cocktails for sale for off premise consumption must be sold in its original container. This permit can be coupled with a D1 and D3 license to allow for the sale of beer, wine, and hard liquor.
