Los Angeles County, California Type 75 Liquor License is a full liquor license that allows the licensee to sell beer, wine and spirits for consumption on the premise of a restaurant that also produces it’s own beer. With a Type 75 liquor license the Brew-Pub is allowed to have minors on premise, but is not allowed to sell items for off premise consumption or to go purposes. California Type 75 liquor licenses do require the licensee to have full brewing facilities.
