Sales Team

Craig Block – CEO & President

Craig Block got his start in liquor licensing over 35 years ago. Since that time, he has built the path upon which the industry has followed. Craig has built from the ground up, with the hope of easing the licensing process for his clients. Craig has extensive knowledge of the licensing processes in each and every state.

Sam Block – Managing Director

Sam Block is a managing director at A graduate of The Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, Sam works to strengthen the operations of Previously Sam worked for the financial services firm Wilshire Associates managing operations for their mutual fund and hedge fund platforms. Sam also assists clients in the acquisition of liquor licenses across all quota’d States.

Daniel Garfias – Broker / Consultant

Daniel, a graduate of Mt. Sierra College, has over 22 years of experience in sales during which he has helped hundreds of clients ranging from small family owned establishments to large fortune 500 companies. Daniel is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys working closely with both English and native Spanish speakers and regardless of language his number one priority is always his client’s satisfaction, ensuring they are well taken care of in timely fashion.

Nick Lieberman – Broker / Consultant

Nick, Graduated from the University of Arizona. Has a thorough understanding of the entire ABC process and what is needed to get a license issued. Has worked with small sole proprietors and large national chains. More than anything Nick focuses on making the client feel comfortable and being transparent with all parties so that everybody can work together on getting the license at hand issued.

Victor Vasquez – Broker / Consultant

Victor Vasquez, a graduate from Pepperdine University, brings to the table 15 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relations, Marketing and Customer Service. Victor is fluent in both English and Spanish. He enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and new cultural experiences, especially food.

Jason Gonzalez – Broker / Consultant

Jason, a magna cum laude B.A. graduate of California State University, Northridge in Communication and Media Studies. A sales and business development professional with over 15 years of experience. In his career, he has helped create over 20 successful businesses that remain profitable to this day. His goal is to always deliver the highest level of results for all of his clients. Through sound communication, focused drive, and years of outstanding experience he strives to assist all of his clients, big and small, in creating a solid foundation on which to build their business and achieve their dreams.

Michael Timofeev – Broker / Consultant

Mike was born in Ukraine, raised in Chicago, and is now happy to call LA his home. He is bilingual (English and Russian) and fluent in the liquor license laws across a multitude of states. No matter where you are or what type of business you plan on opening, Mike is here to help guide you in the right direction.

Eli Jacober – Broker / Consultant

Eli has an operations and logistics management background that he uses to help with both the sales and processing departments. Eli specializes in unusual license types to ensure that every business is benefiting from all available licenses. He is especially fond of complex ownership structures and enjoys dissecting operating agreements, corporate minutes and management agreements as often as possible. Eli also enjoys visiting client locations and experiencing the diverse array of establishments firsthand.

Patrick Moore – Broker / Consultant

Patrick Moore graduated from Grand Canyon University with honors, such as being invited into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He has over 5 years of client service experience. Prior to joining, Patrick worked in residential property management and two top global commercial real estate firms. In his free time he enjoys surfing and playing musical instruments. Ensuring that the sale and transfer of a liquor license is a seamless process is of the utmost importance to Patrick. He highly values clear communication and cares greatly about keeping his clients comfortable.

Corporate Services & Consulting Teams

Cindy Block – Vice President

Cindy has worked in the liquor licensing industry for more than 20 years. At, Cindy and her team specialize in soup to nuts project management. Cindy’s team deals primarily with large corporate clients who need help with not only licensing, but also project management from A to Z. The corporate team at helps clients with health and safety permitting, conditional use permitting and licensing in state where most others refuse to work.

Jeremy Osborn – Director of Client Relations

Jeremy Osborn is the head of our license consulting team. He and his team liaise on behalf of clients with local alcohol beverage control offices to ensure that clients’ applications are processed quickly and correctly. He manages multiple accounts through the entire licensing process. He has maintained invaluable relationships with clients and ABC employees to streamline the application process and retain business. Jeremy has over 18 years of experience at a licensing consultant and is an expert in the rules and laws that govern licenses.

Christina Gonzales – Project Manager (Certified Notary)

Christina has been with since the beginning of 2016, and specializes in liquor license and ancillary permit processing for businesses all across the nation. An alumni of UCLA, Class of 2012, her background in Sociology and Communications lends a hand to her diligence and excellent client service. With a passion for hard work and a penchant for learning, she is dedicated to helping you will all your license processing needs and inquiries.


Frances Barron – Licensing Consultant (Certified Notary)

Frances is a Southern California native who grew up in Hacienda Heights California. She is one of our California Processors and has been with the company for over 2 years. Along with her professionalism and strong dedication to, Frances is fluent in Spanish and brings with her many years of valuable experience. Prior to joining Liquor License, Frances had worked as a Marketing supervisor for an automotive company, coordinating multi-million dollar trade shows and new product lines.

Erika Seoane – Licensing Consultant

Erika Seoane has worked with the Liquor License team for over two years. In that time she was won over 100 licenses for clients. Erika has a background in business and studied at the University of La Verne. Prior to joining our team she worked as a Project Manager assisting with sales and operations.

Escrow Team

Amy Kwak – Senior Escrow Officer & Escrow Manager

Amy is the head of our escrow team at ABC Escrow. She and her team work with clients and government agencies to ensure that transactions go through smoothly. Amy and each of her team members work under ABC Escrow, a licensed, insured, regulated, and bonded escrow company. Amy is fluent in both English and Korean.

Kim Ables – Senior Escrow Officer

Kim has over 20 years of experience as an Escrow Officer at ABC Escrow. In her time as an Escrow Officer, She has built a platform of extensive knowledge for handling the transfer of both Alcoholic Beverage Control Licenses and Businesses. Kim uses her experience to provide clients with the expertise the guidance they need to get their transaction completed correctly and efficiently.

Miri Kim – Escrow Assistant

Miri has over 13 years of banking (international trading documents negotiator) experience with hundreds of companies and clients. After helping banks, now working at ABC Escrow helping and satisfying customer’s needs as an escrow assistant. She is fluent in English and Korean and enjoys working with native Korean speakers. In her spare time she enjoys reading and gourmet cooking with her family.

Anaise Vasquez – Escrow Assistant

Anaise is an Escrow Assistant with ABC Escrow. The main focus of her work making sure the Escrow Officers have the dedicated support and recourses needed to provide the smoothest transaction possible. She enjoys the dynamic team atmosphere within a trusted company in which she can contribute her experience, expertise, and organizational skills to add the progress of a greater work environment.

Max Block is the Marketing Manager for He tactfully creates strategies for the company to increase brand presence across traditional, digital, and social media channels strengthening’s recognition as the industry’s leading full-service agency. A graduate from Pitzer College, Max brings an incomparable acumen that has secured the company features in The New York Times, Tasting Panel Magazine and more.
